Hello, everyone! 

I am thrilled to join PRO New England as the new Communications and Support Coordinator. My name is Rachel Diffendal, and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this incredible organization. With my passion for communication and dedication to making a positive impact, I am ready to dive in and contribute to PRO New England’s mission and support our members.

Over the past five years, I have had the privilege of working with various nonprofit organizations, refining my skills in communication, storytelling, and event management, developing a deep understanding of the power they hold. I have always believed that effective communication is the key to fostering change and bringing people together. Now, I have the opportunity to channel that belief into PRO New England’s work. While I am new to the remodeling industry, I have a deep appreciation for the creativity and vision that goes into building and designing intentional spaces. As a mixed media artist in my off time, I consider myself a creative and look forward to all I have to learn from our members and affiliates at PRO New England. 

I am particularly excited about harnessing the potential of digital platforms and social media to connect with PRO members and their networks. I believe that these channels have the power to amplify our impact and create meaningful connections with individuals who share our vision. By leveraging my skills in content creation, social media management, and community engagement, I hope to extend PRO-New England’s reach and continue to cultivate and grow our strong network of members. Beyond my professional expertise, I am deeply committed to fostering collaboration and building relationships. I value the strength that comes from working as a team and recognize the importance of effective communication in achieving shared objectives. As the Support Coordinator, I am here to provide assistance and ensure smooth operations. From coordinating events to offering administrative support, I am dedicated to creating a supportive and efficient work environment.
