TradesUp, which is in the process of becoming the PRO Workforce Foundation, has a mission is to build, develop, and support the skilled trades workforce in the remodeling industry.
Each year, we present two awards to students interested in the skilled trades and careers in remodeling:
The Career JumpStart Award, which includes a tool package and an unrestricted $1,500 award, is presented to graduating high school seniors who have committed to entering the remodeling industry.
The PRO Community Scholarship is presented to a graduating high school senior committed to pursuing education in a field related to remodeling and construction.
You can support the remodeling workforce of the future by
- bidding in the 2026 Online Auction,
- donating to fund an award or scholarship, or
- donating to the PRO Workforce Foundation’s charitable initiatives and programs.
The Auction features 20 items, including 5 items that are “Handmade by PROs,” 2 pieces of custom furniture, 2 adventures, 2 appliances/fixtures, photography, Red Sox tickets, and rounds of golf. See all the items.
