Hindsight is 2020. A phrase we all used for years – but which now has a new meaning. According to Merriam-Webster, it is defined as: “the full knowledge and complete understanding that one has about an event only after it has happened.”
This year our Women in Remodeling Event will honor the notion of 20/20 hindsight as we all process the events of the past year so we can gain a better understanding of ourselves, what drives us, and how to approach the future.
This year’s format will be fully interactive with rotating, topic-focused breakout rooms. No keynote speakers; no formal presentation or slideshow. This event will be all about small group interactions where we share what we have learned, gather new insights and best practices from colleagues, and work together to plan for the coming year.
Join us virtually on February 3rd, 2021 from Noon to 1:30PM to participate in this interactive, participant-driven experience. To help us plan, please rank (from 1 to 5) your breakout topic selections. Each participant will participate in 3 topics. While we can’t guarantee we can accommodate all your selections, we will do our best to honor them. Please rank your top 5 options in order using the survey link below.
