Allison Iantosca, Partner | President | CEO, FH Perry, Builder – Hopkinton, MA
In 2008, Allison purchased F.H. Perry Builder from her father and has proudly carried on the tradition of success through strength—strength of character, knowledge, integrity, building well and strength of relationships. Eager to inspire success in others, Allison holds a container in which people grow and become their best selves. She is passionately involved in a range of Boston and Metro West Charities and non-profits and has been recognized for her leadership and business acumen by national publications, Boston Future Leaders, Banker and Tradesman, the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston and others. During her tenure, F.H. Perry Builder was named one of Commonwealth Institute’s Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses for three years in a row. Allison has studied leadership at the Gestalt International Study Center earning certificates in Skills for Influential Leaders and GISC’s pinnacle Leadership in the Twenty First Century. Allison has most recently been certified as a GISC Coach.
Julie Dalton, Director of Marketing, Platt Builders – Ayer, MA
Julie Dalton joined Platt Builders (and the residential remodeling industry) in 2020 and is responsible for all the marketing efforts and business development of the company.
Her ability to connect with designers and architects plus Platt’s own team has helped elevate the projects, increased collaboration, and led to better client satisfaction. Since her tenure, Platt has received over twenty-five (25) industry awards and significantly increased design partner collaboration, plus she oversaw the launch of Platt Cabinetry, an in-house custom cabinet shop that now has its own identity.
Julie serves on the PRO Marketing and PRO Awards committees, is a member of the Worldwide Women’s Association, and is an active volunteer at St. Augustine’s Church in Andover
Julie holds a B.A. in English (just ask her about apostrophes) from Assumption University (Worcester, MA) and is a proud mom of four big kids.
Jill Maguire Trotter, Director of HR & Payroll, Platt Builders – Ayer, MA
After an 8-year career hiatus spent raising three children, Jill re-entered the workforce at Platt Builders in 2009. Her responsibilities initially ranged from accounting, human resources, and sales estimation. Today, in addition to supporting the Platt Builders team, Jill focuses on building bridges for the next generation of tradespeople. She fosters partnerships with the North Bennet Street School, local vocational high schools and the Home Builders Institute.
Jill graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Finance/Investments and concentrating in Literature. She is a former competitive runner and has completed 28 marathons, including 19 Boston Marathons.

Kristin Mackin is a core member of the F.D. Sterritt Lumber leadership team.
