    Bill Footer, Energy Efficiency Program Manager

    Bill Footer has over 27 years of experience working in the energy efficiency industry. Bill has worked on single-family and multi-family retrofit programs, conducted thousands of audits, written work orders for energy efficiency upgrades, and managed contractors installing the upgrades. He has participated in New Construction studies to evaluate the load added to existing power grids in areas experiencing a boom in new construction, conducted training for new employees, and presented to groups wanting to learn more about energy efficiency. Bill has also managed utility programs, responsible for meeting savings goals. He currently works at PSD delivering presentations on the Energy Code in Massachusetts.


    Victoria Downing, President of Remodelers Advantage Inc.

    Victoria Downing is a leading authority in the remodeling industry. For nearly 30 years, Victoria has worked with owners of remodeling companies across the United States and Canada, to help them build strong, consistently profitable businesses. She is known for her high-energy educational seminars as well as her in-depth knowledge of the best practices that transform company performance. Victoria has created the industry’s largest community of motivated remodelers through Remodelers Advantage University and the Roundtables Peer Group Program. Currently, the members of this community produce over $1 billion in revenue annually.


    Megan Taylor, Taylor HR Group

    In 2012, I launched Taylor HR Group to help growing businesses mitigate risks while getting them set up for growth. I am passionate about the important role that HR should play in any business, but especially for small businesses where the role is often relegated to an administrative function. As an attorney and human resources professional, I saw an opportunity to build a firm that delivers high quality, strategic and hands-on human resources services effectively and efficiently. I am driven to help clients become and stay compliant with relevant state and federal laws as well as HR best practices so that management can focus on the business.

    In 2008, Allison purchased F.H. Perry Builder from her father and has proudly carried on the tradition of success through strength—strength of character, knowledge, integrity, building well and strength of relationships. Eager to inspire success in others, Allison holds a container in which people grow and become their best selves. Allison has studied leadership at the Gestalt International Study Center earning certificates in Skills for Influential Leaders and GISC’s pinnacle Leadership in the Twenty First Century. Allison has most recently been certified as a GISC Coach.

    Rob Cummings, XP Leadership Coaching

    Rob Cummings is an executive leader with over 35 years of experience at Fidelity Investments, and an executive coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ACC). He is a graduate of the coaching development program at Gestalt International Study Center, and has led teams of up to 1,800 associates across the United States and Europe. Rob is a Leader Coach with XP Leadership Coaching.

     

    Kara Kritisis, Ph.D. Coaching+Consulting

    Kara Kritisis earned her Ph.D. in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and has been in private practice as a psychotherapist and organizational consultant and coach for 25 years. She is a Gestalt International Training
    Institute (GISC) certified coach and ACC-credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as an SJC-accredited mediator in the State of MA.


    Brian Robertson, CIC, CRIS, Senior Producer and Risk Manager, C and S Insurance

    Brian Robertson specializes in advising commercial and residential developers, home builders, remodeling contractors, trade contractors, and landscaping contractors. He is also our agency specialist for brewery insurance. He’s honed his role, after ten years of managing MA builders insurance and brewery accounts, and has previous experience teaching courses in MA workers’ comp and general liability insurance. 


    William Forte, Deputy Commissioner, City of Brockton

    William (Bill) Forte serves as the Deputy Building Commissioner for the City of Brockton. He has over 25 years in the construction industry as a General Contractor (15 years), Building Commissioner (City of Waltham, 8 years) and Code Enforcement Officer in the City of Newton.

    Bill will provide updates on the latest Housing Bill from Governor Healy and the changes to the Zoning Act M.G.L. Chapter 40A, which allowings accessory dwelling units by-right in single family zones. He will provide a general overview of the State Building Code requirements for ADU’s, and a brief overview of the recently adopted 10th Edition of the State Building Code.


    Keith Lewis, Adams + Beasley Associates

    A pioneer in the high-performance building space and a valuable asset to the team at Adams+Beasley Associates, Keith is a lifelong industrial artist who’s worked in carpentry and the construction industry for over 26 years. He is a Phius-certified builder as well as a LEED associate, and focuses on sustainable projects throughout New England. He is part of the MIT Professional Education Chief Sustainability Officer Program and participates in exchanging perspectives with world-renowned MIT thought leaders, industry experts, and senior executives from around the globe.
