Jill Santopietro Panall is the owner of 21Oak HR Consulting, LLC, out of Newburyport, MA, and consults with small businesses, non-profits and start-ups which don’t have a full-time HR professional on staff, including several building/construction, facilities management, and trade (electrical, plumbing/HVAC, etc.) businesses in Mass and New Hampshire.

Jill has served in Human Resources, both in very large Fortune 500 companies and in her own small business consultancy, for 28 years, including 12 years handling HR and talent development for the global Construction Project Management division at CBRE.

Jill holds two top designations for the HR industry (the SPHR and the SHRM-SCP), participates in extensive continuing education in her field, and regularly speaks and teaches on best practices in managing your people, developing your leadership, building culture, and meeting your requirements for compliance with local, state and federal employment laws and practices. Jill married into a contractor family and is likely covered with sawdust at all times.
