Congratulations to Erika Pearson of Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath for receiving a Pro Remodelers Magazine 2019 “40 under 40” award!
Since 2011 Pro Remodelers Magazine has celebrated 40 of the remodeling industries young talent with the “40 under 40” award. The excellent reputations of these remodelers draws the magazine’s attention, and their innovations and accomplishments earn them the award. Out of the 40 winners, 14 of the awards were presented to NARI Members across the nation.

Erika has been with RI Kitchen and Bath since 2016. Even though her path into the remodeling business was an unusual one, she has made quite a splash in the industry. Erika believes incorporating technology is critical to making things easier. “We want to deliver a great client experience and make it as easy as possible for clients.” From adopting technology for signatures to seeing how technology features are incorporated into her projects, “I want to bring my digital native perspective to everything I do.”
