Generous contributors distinguish PRO New England. Even before I joined the staff, I experienced that generosity at the Youth Remodeling Career Day, where I volunteered alongside hundreds of members, had informative and entertaining conversations, and started learning. 

Board members – all 12 – have guided and advised me generously as I onboard. They’re a tremendous resource for me, and for you, as are my staff teammates Joanne Roy and Rachel Diffendal. Ask them, and us, to guide and support you. 

Together, we have a valuable opportunity to enhance a vibrant community by deploying our collective talent and wisdom where we can generate the most good impact.

How can we do that? That’s the question I’m considering as I enter each conversation. Where do we focus our collective resources to generate the results we want for the PRO New England community? I have some answers, at least in my own mind, and all of them are informed by the perspectives of our members.

What are our three highest priorities? Are they “professionalization,” “relationship building” (with a goal of business growth), and “workforce development?”  If you feel there is an equally important priority, please tell me. If this is the right list, please tell me.

Let’s meet and talk before, during or after, the January 10th PRO Member Meeting focused on the 2024 forecast of opportunities and challenges in the remodeling industry.
