At this year’s Contractor of the Year Awards we once again named our EM NARI Member of the Year. We were delighted to honor the commitment and work of Paul Morse of Morse Constructions for the 2019 award. Paul has been a member of EM NARI since the early 1990’s and has been instrumental in leading the chapter for many years.
