As we welcome Spring back to New England, it seems an appropriate time to welcome our new members and remind everyone else “Why PRO?”

Over the last 25 years, the span of my professional career, I have had as many failures (if not more) as successes.  The period when I started to truly gain traction on positive change and when my business grew roots, stabilized, and matured was once I sought out and focused on asking for help and re-engaging in ongoing learning through participation in organizations like PRO.

Intentionally taking time to surround myself with knowledgeable and experienced professionals, being vulnerable, building new relationships, and creating a values-based approach to work, all conspired to help me overcome the obstacles that held me down.

Today at PRO-NE, we have a growing and thriving organization providing weekly and monthly opportunities to engage, grow, teach, and learn, all you need to do is show up.  So please do!
