It was perfect weather for the PRO New England October Membership meeting, as we gathered at F.D. Sterritt Lumber Co. in person for one of the first times since March 2020. The mood was high as members dined on Cajun food, pizza, and, of course, beer and wine.
F.D. Sterritt Lumber is a family-owned business and our hosts Dick and Charlene Mackin were also celebrating the opening of two new showrooms, Compass Kitchen and Macleod and Moynihan, which are next door and across the street from their Watertown Lumberyard.
Chairman of the Board, Justin Keller, shared a welcome speech, but most of the evening was informal as members mixed and mingled and got caught up after a year and a half of missing each other. Other highlights were the yummy tea bread that Charlene baked for all guests to take home and enjoy.
It was a great way to return to in-person events!
