PRO New England December Member Meeting with Doug Howard – “The Fixer”

Throughput: Streamlining Processes to Get More Work Produced – This presentation offers practical ways for teams to increase productivity by improving processes, eliminating waste and using “upstream thinking” to prevent problems rather than getting really good at “putting out fires”. Attendees will leave with tools for identifying which processes to start with and a method for taking on the first step.  This course has been approved by the Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards through its CSL Continuing Education Council.  Course Approval #CS-015124 – 1 hour Business Practices – 1 CEU.
